Sarah began her pursuit of higher education after raising 3 children as a single mom. After beginning at Mount Wachusett Community College, she was awarded a spot at Mount Holyoke College in the Frances Perkins program for non-traditional aged women. There, she earned degrees in both Psychology and Religion. Next stop: Assumption College Graduate program, where she trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Sarah has 11+ years’ experience working with a variety of clients and challenges, including teen moms, Veterans on a therapy farm, and worked with substance abuse clients in a local rehab. Sarah also spent several years working as an In Home Therapist in Worcester County.
Sarah helps many clients learn to set boundaries, improve their coping skills and relationships; helps clients with anxiety and depression. Sarah has experience with issues associated with Adult Children of Alcoholics. Sarah offers help to clients who want to try out a whole food, plant based diet for optimal health.
Sarah is a native New Englander, lover of nature and hiking; she finds serenity in the forest. She is an animal lover and a vegan, choosing a plant based diet for her health and the well being of animals and the good of the planet.
