Lisa Holloway received her yoga teacher training from Yoga Renew under the direction of Kate Lombardo and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Lisa has been practicing various forms of yoga for over 20 years. Personally, she has found yoga to help control her stress and anxiety. Lisa believes that yoga benefits physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and works to bring these four areas together in her classes. She is aware that all bodies are different and encourages students to focus on finding variations of poses that work for their body and benefit them. In her classes you can expect a grounding exercise to start, followed by a practice focused on postures (asanas), breath (pranayama), and mindfulness, and  to end, a relaxation / meditation. Her goal is for you to leave class feeling refreshed and renewed.
