Massage is a wonderful chance to take care of your body: preventatively, as a remedy for those sore muscles or as a relaxing treat for yourself!
Services offered:
Swedish Massage: The most common form of Massage Therapy using 5 basic strokes to stimulate circulation, increase generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue, speed up healing as well as reducing swelling from injury. This is the perfect massage for the beginner.
Deep Tissue Massage: The Deep Tissue Massage is used for relaxation of severe tension in the muscle and connective tissue or fascia. The focus is on the muscle below the top muscles. This is recommended for those in constant pain, involved in heavy physical activity or for one who has sustained physical injury.
