Join Danielle on Wednesday evenings for Yoga for Every Body. This class is intended for all levels, whether you are a new or experienced yogi. This class combines breathing techniques, and mindful movement through postures that build strength, increase flexibility and support mobility. Modifications and use of props will be suggested throughout the practice.
An 8 week series running June 21st to August 9th 6:00 pm -7:15 pm $110.00 for the 8 week series, or $15.00 a drop in class.
