Join Lisa on Saturday mornings. Series of 8 weeks runs June 17th through August 12th 10:15 am-11:15 am for a slow moving yoga class. We will start with a grounding exercise and then move into yoga poses (asanas). Movement will be at a slow pace and options will be offered so you can choose what is right for YOUR body. We will wind down to rest and restore in savasana to integrate all that was done in class.
Yoga is beneficial for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. This is a class for all levels- from someone who has never tried yoga to experienced yogis. It is particularly suited to people who have not exercised for a long time and want to start again. All are welcome including teens, tweens, and adults of any age.
This class is run in a series of 8 weeks, but dropins are welcome at $10.00 a class or $60.00 for 8 paid at the first class.
