Teen Circuit Training with Rhonda Hamer $60.00 per 5 wk session
5 weeks, Mondays 9/18-10/23* and 10/30-11/27 *no class on 10/9
Build strength and stamina over the six weeks by completing a variety of exercises at multiple stations. We alternate work and rest with different workout styles each week using (mostly) bodyweight movement with good music to move us along. Open to all ability levels. Could do one session, or both! Ages 12 and up Session 1 is Mondays, September 18 – October 23, 2:30-3:30pm no class on 10/9, Session is Mondays, October 30 –November 27, 2:30-3:30pm
