Qigong, pronounced “chi gung,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese
medicine. it’s a low-impact, slow-motion exercise. As you move, you breathe deeply and naturally, focusing your
attention as in meditation. The movements are usually circular and never forced. It improves balance to prevent
falls. Yang Style, short form Qigong is said to unblock and encourage the proper flow of “Chi” energy force flowing
through your body. It can be practiced standing or sitting. Both can help to lower blood pressure, prevents falls, help
arthritis, improves memory, focus & sleep.
Crystal is a Registered Yoga Teacher that teaches Vinyasa & Yoga Body Sculpt, Tai chi/Chi Gong, Energy Healing, and
has trained at the Tom Tam Healing Center (OCI) in Quincy, Massachusetts. Crystal loves how these modalities create
inner serenity and harmony, and the balance between strength and flexibility is sweet. She genuinely believes it
transforms you on a deeper level and inspires you to accelerate your life’s journey.
Fee is $15.00 per class or $52.00 for the four class series.
