Starting Monday, October 2nd at 7:00 pm, we sincerely invite you to join us for our weekly Monday night Yoga session. (No Class October 9th)
This yoga and meditation class is designed to help you find inner peace and physical balance. The class is open to all levels, from beginner to advanced, and is led by an experienced and knowledgeable instructor.
We’ll start with a gentle yoga practice to stretch and strengthen your body. You’ll move through a series of postures to help you release tension, increase flexibility, and improve your overall physical health.
After the yoga practice, we will transition into a guided meditation session. This will help you calm your mind and relax your body, allowing you to focus on your breath and quiet your thoughts. The meditation session will also help you cultivate greater awareness and mindfulness, which can benefit you both on and off the mat.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and ready to face whatever challenges come your way. We encourage you to come with an open mind and a willingness to explore and deepen your yoga and meditation practice.
