Meditation & Movement for Mental & Physical Well-being is an interactive and experiential mindfulness program. Participants will be guided and encouraged to explore topics related to mindfulness and well-being through practical experiential exercises, dialogue and group discussions, and to ask questions to help clarify and deepen in the practices.

To create a supportive learning environment, space is limited to ten participants, five in-person and five live-online. The in-person spots are for those within driving distance of the Listening Wellness Center, while the online spots are for those living anywhere farther away in the world.
