Gentle Yoga for Relieving Stress and Burnout
In the depths of winter, nature rests and rejuvenates. Often, we forget that we humans need to rest and rejuvenate too! This series of mindful yoga classes will support you to do just that.
Here you will learn by practicing how to:
- utilize gentle movements and positions to settle your nervous system
- relieve aches and pains with skillful stretching and strengthening activities
- breathe to both enhance your energy and relax your body/mind
- infuse your situation with kindness and care through meditation
