Join Lisa on Saturday morning, May 6th from 10:15am to 11:15am for a free slow moving yoga class on the floor. We will start with a grounding meditation and then move into some gentle movements to warm up the body. We will do some strengthening yoga poses at a slow pace before winding down and resting and restoring in savasana.
Yoga is beneficial for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. This is a great class for anyone, but particularly people who have not exercised for a long time and want to start again, someone recovering from illness or surgery (make sure you are cleared by your doctor), and people with chronic pain or autoimmune disease such as POTS, Ehlers-Danlos or Lupus, and people with hyperflexibility or hypermobility (again, make sure you are cleared by your doctor).
